Acceptance of Terms

Account & Security Creation
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lagi4d. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity that takes place through your account. Contact the lagi4d support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Identity verification may be required before you can withdraw your balance, particularly for amounts above a certain threshold. Documents requested may include an official identity card issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The verification process is carried out for the security of all platform users.
User Obligations & Platform Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from using the lagi4d platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or activities that violate applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Any violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the platform's services is prohibited. Any attempt to hack, exploit system vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations will result in permanent account blocking.

& Transactions & Payment Information
All transactions on lagi4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected. The platform supports a variety of local payment methods such as bank transfers, GoPay, OVO, and Dana for the convenience of Indonesian users.
Balance withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same account name. lagi4d reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected or the verification process has not been completed. Processing times typically range from a few hours to 1x24 hours, depending on verification.
Users are responsible for any fees or taxes that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers. lagi4d does not charge additional fees for standard transactions, though this may change at any time with notice to users.
Account Suspension & Closure
lagi4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including but not limited to promotion abuse, use of a false identity, or fraudulent activity. The suspension decision is final and binding.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance unless otherwise determined following an internal investigation. An appeal may be submitted through official customer support channels with relevant supporting evidence.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request at any time. Before closing, ensure any remaining balance has been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable procedures. lagi4d is not responsible for any balance left unwithdraed after the account has been officially closed.
& Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the lagi4d platform, including logos, text, interface designs, graphics, and software code, is the exclusive property of lagi4d or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify such content without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, lagi4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the last 30 days.
The platform may also contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. lagi4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any external sites is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
Changes to & Applicable Legal Terms
lagi4d reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or through the user's registered email address. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document for your reference.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of lagi4d services will be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, prioritizing mediation before any formal litigation process.
